Leah Raup, Esq.
Leah Raup is a 25 year resident of the Main Line, first moving to the area in 2001 to attend Villanova Law School. After graduation, Leah worked as a real estate lawyer for Morgan Lewis in Philadelphia where she handled complex commercial matters and residential transactions for high net worth clients. Leah helps clients buy and sell real estate along the Main Line and surrounding areas.
Leah and her husband Nick live in Wayne with their three children, and they own a beach cottage in Ocean City, NJ. They volunteer extensively with middle and high school aged youth, both in the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District and at their church in Wayne. Together Leah and Nick have renovated and sold a string of real estate investments, with Leah overseeing all aspects of the design and project management process.
Leah's role as a comprehensive real estate advisor includes guiding clients through the entire decision making process, from preparing the home for sale and staging, to advising on interior design choices and paint color selections. Leah leads a team of Realtors in Compass's Wayne office.

Lauren is a Main Line real estate professional bringing her robust legal background and deep-rooted understanding of the local market to the Leah Raup Team. Lauren graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania and practiced real estate law for several years. With Lauren’s expertise, her clients have the comfort of knowing that one of their biggest life decisions will be handled with care and the utmost professionalism.
Lauren grew up in the greater Philadelphia area, and she possesses an extensive knowledge of the Main Line and its surrounding neighborhoods. Her international experiences—studying abroad in Rwanda and earning an M.A. from Queen’s University Belfast in Northern Ireland, where she met her husband, Bryan—have broadened her worldview and given her a unique perspective on diverse markets and cultures. This global insight enriches her approach to real estate, allowing her to connect with clients from various backgrounds and tailor her services to meet their distinct needs.
Lauren and Bryan love family trips to Avalon, New Jersey and traveling back to Ireland with their two young kids as often as they can to visit family and friends. Her extensive connections, from Ireland to the Jersey Shore to Bucks County, reflect her willingness and capability to serve clients across many areas.
